Program Manager

LETS GO Boys and Girls (LETS GO) is a nonprofit organization committed to breaking the cycle of poverty through STEM education and workforce development. We hold firm the belief that our students of today are the technology leaders of tomorrow. In partnership with Title I K-12
schools and youth organizations, we build equitable, relevant, and engaging programs that prepare historically excluded students for the STEM-powered workforce. We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dedicated team offering Baltimore students engaging hands-on, minds-on STEM and workforce development learning opportunities. The successful candidate must be based in or near Baltimore City, comfortable with working with middle and high school age youth, and will be expected to provide virtual and in-person learning opportunities. There is flexibility to work from home one or two days per week.
As a Program Manager, you will:
-Be an active memberof the Baltimore Team
· Work collaboratively to develop and deliver on short- and long-term goals and objectives using an agreed upon growth strategy
-Facilitate Out-Of-School Time Middle and/or High School Program
· Implement Maryland Science Olympiad Program at multiple middle school sites
· Coordinate High School Choice Workshop at partner-led programs
· Implement summer Assistant Instructor Leadership Program at multiple sites
· Create or curate curriculum and other experiential learning opportunities related to STEM and workforce readiness
· Recruit and retain youth for programs and activities, including participants from other LETS GO STEM programs
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth and their families, including facilitating
youth/family information sessions
· Coordinate logistics with vendors and prepare and maintain supplies for events and programs
· Recruit and manage contracted educators and/or volunteers to support program implementation
· Maintain relationships with partner staff, administration, and counselors to ensure program efficacy
- Implement Summer Assistant Instructor Leadership Program
· Coordinate Program Logistics with partner sites and Mayors Office Employment and Development (MOED)/YouthWorks
· Recruit and train youth participants
· Plan and schedule daily and weekly responsibilities, content, and curriculum for youth participants
· Manage summer ‘Job Coaches’ and program implementation
- Other Responsibilities
· Work collaboratively with the Baltimore Team on shared initiatives
· Support program evaluation, including community input and feedback, student and site data collection and student tracking, to assure continuous program improvement
· Perform administrative support duties and other duties as assigned

This full-time hourly position offers a starting salary between $45,000 to $50,000 depending on education and professional experience. In addition to a positive organizational culture, our benefits include:
