The Girls Who Code (GWC) Development Team is searching for a dynamic manager to help us drive progress on our renewal fundraising goals and ensure partners have a positive end-to-end experience with GWC.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement, the Manager will play a crucial part in helping the team meet its renewal fundraising goals by managing and renewing an assigned portfolio of strategic partnerships and driving progress on partner satisfaction through cross-functional working relationships and stellar project management.
Girls Who Code is grateful to have an incredible roster of committed corporate partners who give generously in service of our mission. The Manager capitalizes on this commitment to foster deep relationships with partners across GWC programs and initiatives, streamlining processes and enhancing partner management strategies, with the goal of increasing partner satisfaction and ultimately, renewal rate and revenue growth. The manager will also serve as a lead project manager for the team on key internal initiatives, putting structure around the nebulous and holding the team accountable for meeting relevant milestones.
The successful candidate has stakeholder or client management experience, a strong commitment to using systems to work efficiently, and project management expertise. You hold team members accountable with compassion. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven by collaboration and continuous learning. You can work independently across multiple projects without losing sight of the details. And you’re energized by and committed to our mission and the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is a full-time position that is based in New York City. A regular hybrid work schedule, requiring 2 in-office days per week, is currently in place. Subject to change. We are not considering remote applicants.
