Eagle Rock enrolls 72 students from across the country. We embody social justice and antiracism in our academic and personal growth curriculum, and engage in weekly diversity, equity and inclusion learning groups with staff. We are a commitment to being and celebrating a diverse community of learners and leaders; over 50% of our staff and 2/3 of our student body identify as members of historically marginalized racial and ethnic groups, and we intentionally take time to honor our multitude of cultures and experiences. Eagle Rock is eager to consider applications from traditionally underrepresented groups to join our community.
