The Administrative Assistant to the Senior Managing Attorneys provides administrative and clerical support of the Senior Managing Attorneys (SMA) in the duties to support the growth, development and effective performance of NJP’s field offices and statewide units.
The Administrative Assistant – SMAs will serve as part of the larger administrative assistant team that provides support to statewide roles. As part of that team, the Administrative Assistant serves as a resource to all Northwest Justice Project (NJP) employees, providing accurate, timely, and appropriate information and assistance.
Our SMAs are physically located in offices throughout the state. The assigned location for this individual is flexible based on availability of space in an NJP location. Remote work may be approved based on NJP’s telecommuting policy. Occasional travel will be necessary to provide support for meetings, trainings, and other purposes.
