If you can juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease, have a flexible work style, are interested in a dynamic role supporting digital initiatives, and have a passion for working in a mission-driven organization, you may be a perfect fit for UJA’s Digital Coordinator role. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the execution of paid marketing campaigns, facilitating the production of marketing emails, and coordinating assets and documentation related to digital user journeys. You’ll also assist with project management of other Digital Marketing and Growth campaigns and initiatives. A successful candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support tactical execution of paid media marketing campaigns, including monitoring budgets, tracking performance metrics, and conducting quality assurance (QA) of campaigns
  • Facilitate the production and approval of marketing emails and maintain related documentation
  • Coordinate assets related to user journeys for various audience segments
  • Ensure smooth trafficking of data and creative assets between teams
  • Interface with internal and external resources (content team, designers, analysts, operations, and others) to maintain project efficiency
  • Record notes during meetings and track key items for follow-up
  • Support other projects related to Digital Marketing and Growth goals 
  • Provide input on increasing the efficiency of processes related to digital campaign execution
  • Manage projects using Workfront and Notion (our project management systems)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related business discipline
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a fast, flexible, and cooperative style
  • Highly organized, with the ability to follow through on projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail, with ability to see the bigger picture
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google and Bing Ads is a plus
  • Experience using Notion, Workfront, or an equivalent project management system a plus

Salary

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
