Communities and even whole countries are better off. 

Program Description:

The Senior Specialist for Corporate Branding makes TechnoServe’s story come to life through compelling visual and brand assets. You will get to partner with teams working on exciting projects around the world, to shape the creative content that they use to elevate our fight against poverty–as well as be the “visionary/referee” for the TechnoServe brand worldwide.

The primary purpose of this position is to create and manage the production of creative assets – from concept to final product – for TechnoServe at the corporate level and in support of its program teams. This position entails conceptualization, hands-on design, and execution of reports, presentations, event collateral, digital assets, and other content as assigned by the Communications Director. The Senior Specialist for Corporate Branding will ensure all creative projects are designed and produced to specification; all assigned timelines and deadlines are met; and all projects fall within brand guidelines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design marketing and communication content, including but not limited to: reports, presentations, case studies, white papers, event collateral, and marketing/advertising assets
  • Work with internal teams to determine project scope and deliverables, develop project timelines, budgets – delivering final products on time and within budget
  • Update, organize, and manage marketing and communications templates and resources for all-staff use
  • Drive stakeholder review and approval process for internal and external content and ensure adherence to massaging, brand identity, and regulatory and legal guidelines
  • Guide development and/or evolution of brand-specific style guidelines, templates and related training
  • Coordinate selection, production, and deliverables from outside creative vendors as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience in marketing, creative development, and design (or commensurate experience); or Master's Degree + 3 years experience in marketing, creative development, and design.
  • At least 3 years experience in with corporate identity and brand guidelines
  • Skilled designer with industry-standard creative design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience facilitating the creative process (concept to execution)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in, and knowledge of, international development and/or international business is a plus
  • Language skills in French, Spanish or Portuguese a plus

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a solutions oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to engage successfully with other cultures
