The goal of this position: Engage youth (grades 6 - 12) in church activities and develop ministries to nurture their spiritual growth, help them experience Jesus’ love, and foster their relationships with God and each other. Assist with ministry to younger children in an effort to build relationships. Welcome and lead according to WCUCC’s mission and Welcome Statement.

Director of Youth Ministry Hours: This position can be part-time (25 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week). We are seeking the right candidate and have modified the responsibilities based on the needs and desires of the most qualified candidate.
Reports to: Pastor (Rev. Susan Langner)
Compensation: If part-time (25-30 hours/week) nonexempt $26,000 - $34,300 annually; If full-time (40 hours/week) exempt: $42,000 - $46,000
