What do you do all day?

The Program Implementation Manager serves as the program delivery and logistics manager for school partnerships within a designated region. Program Implementation Manager's work in partnership with Program Managers to understand the needs of district partners, develop and execute action plans, and manage direct support to schools and districts engaging in NMSI programs. This full-time role reports to the Director, Programmatic Partnerships. It is based out of a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States.

 

What are the details?

·      Oversee program implementation and partner compliance within a region for standard core programming and specialized programs/initiatives.

·      Interpret grants and contracts using independent judgment to determine how and when to implement program components at partner schools.

·      Build and cultivate trusting relationships with district partners, school-based leaders, and program teachers to support program implementation and sustainment.

·      Support the district sales, cultivation, and continuation of service workflow, ensuring that data, reporting, and contract processes are successfully executed in a timely manner.

·      Communicate logistical processes and expectations to NMSI partners, including the rationale and purpose of program components and timelines. 

·      Collaborates with Program Manager in the cultivation and onboarding of new district and school partners through communication, data collection and direct logistical support to leaders and teachers. For fee-for-service partners or in the absence of an assigned Program Manager, the Program Implement Manager will fully manage onboarding for a partner school.

·      Collaborates with Program Manager in onboarding and continuation of services meetings as determined by pods to discuss program operations and logistics. ·      Plan and lead external meetings, webinars, or screencasts on a regular basis to review pertinent program deadlines and deliverables and support program implementation.

·      Make quick, effective, and independent decisions that align to program implementation strategy and accelerate impact.

o  Develop school and district-based communication and lead the distribution strategy vital to the implementation of NMSI programming

·      Offer regular office hours and information sessions to support partners in navigating NMSI supports and mitigating school-level frustrations.

·      Establish and maintain systems and structures to ensure accurate partnership data in school portfolios and teacher records within NMSI's Admin Portal.

·      Support with the design and execution of internal knowledge sharing within the NMSI pod and as part of the greater Programmatic Partnerships Team.

·      Collaborate with NMSI internal teams to help achieve organizational goals while advocating for the school-level and end-user experience.

·      Other duties as assigned.

What do we offer?

The minimum salary for this position is $56,001, and the salary offer will be commensurate with experience. We take pay equity seriously and work hard to ensure our team members are paid fairly no matter their gender, race, or other demographic backgrounds. In addition to a competitive salary with the potential for an annual pay increase, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including paying roughly 85% of employee-only medical, dental, and vision benefits plus a large portion for dependents. Staff are eligible to participate in 401(k) after 90 days of employment, with up to a 6% employee match, fully vested on day one of participation in the plan. Other benefits for full-time employees include referral and performance-based annual bonuses, telecommunications stipends for eligible remote employees, 14-16 paid holidays annually (including a week-long winter break), and a generous PTO policy starting at 18 days per year.
