Summer Program Residential Teaching Assistant

Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development is hiring Residential Teaching Assistants (RTA) for their Academic Summer Day and Residential Camps.

• Build an inclusive community with and amongst students, and work collaboratively with passionate colleagues to inspire students to pursue their academic interests and talents.
• Facilitate a vibrant residential activities program to promote community building.

Who We Look For Residential Teaching Assistant staff generally possess the following experience and skills:

• Experience in teaching, facilitation, residential life, camp settings, and/or experiential education
• Background in youth development and mentoring with high school students
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Commitment to the mission of CTD and working collaboratively with colleagues
