Volunteer coordinator

Volunteer and intern organization is looking for a volunteer coordinator to assist in operations coordinating and helping manage volunteers and interns in San Ramon de Alajuela and Palmares,Alajuela.

We are looking for someone with:

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Flexible schedule. This is not a 9 -5 job, but rather a task based job with around 40 hours of work per week.

-Bilingual Spanish/English. German or French a plus but not required.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, and used to working with clients from different cultures.

-Great communication skills and availability to respond in tight turnaround periods.

-Knowledge of Costa Rican culture, geography and way of life.

-Proficiency with google docs, MS office , scheduling and basic budgeting.

-Ability to create and maintain basic budget balances.

-Resourceful personality.

-Experience in a similar role.

-Must reside in San Ramon or nearby areas
