    About the Role: Site Manager

    As a Site Manager with Blueprint Schools Network, you will play a crucial role in implementing our educational math programs in schools across the Washington, DC area. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of math tutors (Fellows), and collaborating with school leadership to ensure program success. Your leadership will directly impact students’ lives by fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes growth and academic achievement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Implementation: Lead the execution of Blueprint’s educational programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and the specific needs of each school.
    • Team Management: Supervise and support a team of tutors, providing supervision, evaluation, ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance their instructional and professional skills.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and tailor our interventions to meet the unique needs of each student population.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize student performance data to drive instructional strategies and interventions, continually assessing program effectiveness and making data-informed decisions.
    • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the program site, managing logistics, resources, and communications to maintain a high standard of program delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Proficiency for math at assigned grade levels (middle school through Algebra I)
    • Three or more years of math classroom teaching experience or directly relevant experience
    • Prior experience working with public and/or charter schools in the Washington, DC area
    • Ability to travel between program site locations within DC
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    Blueprint provides a competitive salary for this position. Salary Range: $69,500 (minimum) to $80,000 (maximum); salary placement within range will be based upon professional academic experience as it relates to the required knowledge, skills, and experience of the position. 

    Blueprint offers comprehensive benefits. Employees enjoy 100% covered individual health, dental, and vision insurance from day one. Blueprint contributes significantly to health reimbursement and dependent coverage. Disability, life, and accidental death insurance are fully covered.
