The Role
The Program Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of ELP’s program activities to ensure they align effectively with the ELP’s mission and the program’s goals. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the ELP program team, private sector sponsors, and our partner schools to implement effective and meaningful career-readiness programming for high school Scholars in the South Bronx. To this aim, the Program Coordinator will play a key role in working closely with our ELP Scholars that participate in our Core, Intern, and Fellows Programs to support their participation and enhance their professional and personal development. This role is essential to supporting technical and administrative projects across our programs; they will work with members of the program team to plan and implement curriculum, track student progress and data, coordinate tasks to launch and close out programs, and plan and support student events.

Job Requirements & Skills
This full-time position reports directly to the Managing Director of Program and Strategy. This person will regularly attend Student Programming in-school year at our schools and attend student events at corporate partner sites, as well as sit in our Bronx Offices. ELP is committed to having all employees, build meaningful relationships with our students through programming!
