The Manager will manage and improve the Crisis Worker experience by setting clear, measurable goals, improving systems and processes, and increasing team performance. This person will work with other managers and organization leaders to continually improve the Trevor Project’s crisis services programs and provide operational solutions to challenges as they arise.
