Finance Director (Part-Time, Remote/Hybrid)
Reports to: Executive Director
Compensation: $60-$70/hour (approx 20 hours/week)

Location: Remote/Hybrid as needed (Bay Area)
Position Overview
PEBCC seeks a strategic, detail-oriented Finance Director to oversee the financial health and compliance of the organization. This role is responsible for accounting, budgeting, payroll, HR support, and office operations, while helping ensure sustainability and efficiency across departments.
This is a high-impact, collaborative leadership role reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Finance Committee and Board. Ideal candidates bring nonprofit finance expertise and a passion for empowering youth through music.

Founded in 1982, PEBCC serves 300+ youth annually from across the Bay Area. Known for its musical excellence and cultural impact, the organization tours internationally and champions equity in the arts.
