This position will focus on building community throughout the Midwest by leveraging staff, partnerships, and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have experience connecting and driving grassroots community initiatives, will have talent and project management experience, strong and dynamic leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the savvy to initiate and execute growth opportunities with a significant degree of autonomy. The Phoenix offers free programs for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety, operating in 93 communities across 30 states and for people around the globe virtually.
