Overview

The Den Collective is at the cutting edge of the changing American Jewish landscape, working to co-create a Judaism that is relevant, accessible, and inherently rooted in tradition, in partnership with 20s – 40s throughout the Greater D.C. area. By fostering intentional spaces for deep belonging and self-exploration, the Den strives to provide a collaborative, experimental, transparent, and radically welcoming Jewish experience. The Den seeks a Communications + Operations Associate to join our staff team and provide logistics and operations support to the team. This role will support scheduling and administration as well as data and reporting. This role serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and members of the community, and will also oversee several special projects.
