Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is seeking candidates for a full time, 37.5 hours/ week, exempt, Philanthropy Officer position based in Portland, ME. This position has flexibility for a hybrid remote-onsite work schedule. The Philanthropy Officer will be responsible for securing major philanthropic investments in support of the mission and objectives of Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. The Philanthropy Officer will play a critical role in the generating support for capital and general operating needs for the organization, and serve as the primary moves manager for a portfolio of current and prospective major donors. The Philanthropy Officer will work collaboratively across all parts of the organization and develop relationships with board members and staff volunteer leadership activities and groups that aim to stimulate or increase major gift fundraising.

Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation for this position is based on years of direct work experience. Candidates with 0-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $74,568 – $83,967/yr. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 20 or more years of direct experience earning up to $110,779.50/yr.
