For over 75 years, AJC’s Atlanta Regional Office has worked to advance AJC’s broader global priorities within the Southeast. AJC Atlanta’s Events and Communications Coordinator will work closely with the AJC Atlanta team to lead AJC Atlanta’s communications and event logistics.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
Communications
· Manage AJC Atlanta’s email marketing communications including monthly newsletters, event and program invitations
· Develop AJC Atlanta’s print collateral for donors and community members
· Draft and post content for AJC Atlanta’s social media (facebook) with consistency in tone, voice, and terminology
· Optimize organic and sponsored content campaigns
· Collaborate with AJC Atlanta team to convert social media followers into email constituents, event attendees, AJC text message subscribers, donors, and advocates
Event Management
· Execute technical aspects of AJC Atlanta’s fundraising dinners and major events, including media and video presentation
· Manage critical aspects of planning for fundraising events including vendors, invitations, RSVP’s, donations, and correspondences related to before and after fundraising events.
Administrative
· Supervise facility and office logistics (landlord, security, IT, supplies, etc.) and manage vendor relationships
· Organize and maintain institutional records and materials within AJC’s database system (Raisers Edge)
· Ensure donor and constituent information within and across various systems is accurate, consistent, and up to date
· Maintain proper list hygiene through a continual process of cleaning and validation
· Other tasks as assigned by AJC Atlanta’s Regional Director.

The salary range for this position is $39,000 to $41,000.
AJC requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19, unless one has a legally recognized reason for exemption.
