POSITION SUMMARY:
HealthQ is seeking a Clinical Services Operations Manager, who will be responsible for managing the operational activities and practice management of our multi-site sexual and reproductive health organization.
A key member of the leadership team, the Clinical Services Operations Manager will provide leadership that exemplifies our values for a team of about 15 committed and passionate individuals. The Clinical Services Operations Manager will work in collaboration with the clinical services leadership team to identify, plan, and implement organizational goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This position reports directly to the Executive Director while the organization is restructuring.
Travel is a significant part of this role. HealthQ’s 3 health centers are within 10 - 22 miles of each other and weekly presence at each health center is required. Travel reimbursement at the IRS mileage rate to non-home sites is provided.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. There will be 3 rounds of interviews happening in the last three months of the calendar year: The process will include a screening interview with a member of HealthQ's team, two subsequent rounds of interviews with members of the HealthQ team, including a final round of interviews in person (with travel and lodging to be reimbursed by HealthQ), and a written/homework component. Any applicants who are invited to, and complete, the final round with a written component will receive a stipend for their work, regardless of whether they are selected to move forward. We plan to make an offer by late December, and our desired start date for this candidate is January 2025.
