    This position is full-time, exempt, with a full salary range of $60,200-$90,300. However, aligned with our DEI practices, we typically bring in candidates between the minimum and maximum of $73,745-$78,260.

    Community and Scholar Persistence Manager

    As our Community and Scholar Persistence Manager, you will help deliver programming that builds scholars’ social-emotional strengths and connects students and caregivers to community resources (e.g. mental health care, food access, housing, legal aid, etc.) so that our scholars are equipped to enter college to achieve their larger life goals. Day to day, you will cultivate strong community partnerships, support scholar success by monitoring program engagement and provide appropriate resources to families and caregivers. To thrive in this job, you must have 5 years of relevant work experience with underserved youth (ages 14-22).

    You’ll know the Community and Scholar Persistence Manager is the right fit for you if… 

    • You have a depth of experience working with underserved youth ages 14 -22
    • You have experience cultivating and maintaining strong active partnerships with community based organizations.
    • You are passionate about scholar success by monitoring program engagement 
    • You enjoy engaging and leading workshops with young people
    • You have a strong sense of resolve and work well under pressure
    • You are adept at assessing scholar / caregiver needs and connecting them to appropriate resources.
    • You are excited to work with students in-person 10:40 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday with flexibility for occasional morning and weekend hours
    • Spanish language fluency preferred
