ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking social workers, mental health professionals, and other early childhood practitioners to join our team to support families during their children’s critical first three years of life. During visits at our warm, welcoming Family Centers, our team develops long-term, meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers to talk through the challenges and joys of early parenthood and discuss their children's development. Our team’s strengths-based approach supports parents raising children in these earliest years, increasing access to critical care and offering the surest opportunity for establishing a strong foundation in life.
Direct Family Practice - 75% of the role
Administrative & Documentation - 10% of the role
Alignment & Professional Development - 15% of the role
