We also work with schools and organizations to develop policies and cultures that proactively prevent abuse.

IMPACT is dedicated to ending violence and abuse by supporting the leadership of those most affected. Our vision is to build a healing-centered, social justice-driven world where everyone has access to safe and healthy relationships. Additional Details

We understand that no candidate will meet every qualification outlined in this posting. Frequently cited statistics show that candidates with disabilities, BIPOC candidates, women, and members of marginalized and/or systematically excluded groups apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. At IMPACT, we are committed to breaking this trend. Every team member receives training and ongoing professional development, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply, even if they don’t meet every single requirement.

    • A note on responsibilities: The list of job responsibilities above indicates all the functions of the job that are done throughout the course of a year. Some responsibilities (like teaching) are done almost every week, others (like information tables) are occasional and based on the Program Coordinator’s availability. Program Coordinators typically spend half or two-thirds of their time in the classroom and the remaining time working on preparation, logistics, and other tasks. While Program Coordinators teach many curricula, most IMPACT classes are time-limited so you will not be teaching all these curricula at once. All time including preparation and travel between classes is compensated. Program Coordinators receive extensive training, and all training is during paid, regular work hours.
