Position Overview
The Communications Intern will gain experience in building internal/external
relationships with the community, organization, and media partners. The intern will
also gain experience in professional writing and graphic design.
Ideal candidates will be able to commit for the full year (September-May, with breaks
for holidays and exams), but candidates who can only commit through December will
also be considered.
The majority of work can be done remotely, but candidates must reside in Chicagoland
in order to attend some in-person requirements such as client interviews and events.
Candidates must be available to meet for at least one hour per week during regular
business hours, between 9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Thursday. All other work may be
completed on the candidates own time.
