Missão
The mission of HCC is to provide Hope through connection which creates community. We distribute food and other supplies to people in need. We organize events to support growth and strengthen our local community. Through meeting the basic needs of people hope, connection and a sense of community develops.
Sobre Nós
In March of 2020 when the pandemic hit we decided to create a small communal table of food to help support those who were as suddenly out of work with no means to get food. We started with one table and over weeks we grew to many tables providing not only food but many other supplies for families in need. We decided to make our impact official by registering as a 501 (c) 3. Since our registration we have continued to support families in need with food and other essential supplies. Through learning of our community needs HCC began organizing community events that supported connection to others while offering hope that better days lay ahead.
