The mission of the Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc. is to empower women pharmacists of color in healthcare, identify areas of inequity to improve healthcare outcomes, and close gaps in care through service to our communities.
Sobre Nós
Women pharmacists of color often face systemic challenges in the workplace, such as bias, isolation, and a lack of representation in leadership roles. These obstacles can make it difficult for them to thrive fully and excel in their careers despite their expertise and dedication. The Minority Women Pharmacists Association has created a supportive community that empowers women pharmacists of color by providing leadership opportunities, networking, and a platform to share their experiences and advocate for equity within the healthcare industry.
