Bronx Teen Health Center

Teen Health Center to help youth in our area of the Bronx, who are in pain, damaged and barely surviving, to become whole, well, healthy in mind & body and able to reach their fullest potential.

Accomplished through the adoption of a strength-based practice, collaboration with community partners, seeking funding from grants/foundations, collecting strength-based data /evaluation, a Youth Advisory Board, programs being developed with youth, volunteers, a Community Advisory Board, and building a team by making a Medical Home with support and advice.
