THIS for Diplomats (THIS) is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to promoting citizen diplomacy, mutual understanding and friendship through educational, informational and cultural programs and exchanges for the diplomatic community in Washington, DC. An affiliate of Meridian International Center, THIS was established in 1961 at the request of the Chief of Protocol of the US State Department.
