Role Description
As a charity with a growing supporter base, it is imperative that we ensure we understand our donor patterns and work with them to promote the development of beneficial two-way relationships.
This brand-new role within the charity will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively with other team members to develop strategies to engage regular and one-off donors with the aim to increase giving.

All system-specific knowledge will be provided through training.
Role Duties
- Undertaking important levels of relationship management
- Analysing donation data to pursue donor connections; finding patterns and researching donors / people of interest
- Communicating with specific donor groups regarding their one-off / regular donation
- Managing the supporter database by ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Communicating with supporters to ensure that they are kept informed about the charity’s activities as well as providing the opportunity for increased donations.
- Working to make sure that every supporter feels like a valued member of The Together Plan family, with a special focus on larger donors.
Role Length
Time Requirement
- Approximately 2 hours, twice a week (4 hours total), with occasional email use outside these hours.
- This role can be performed outside of regular office hours.
