Position Overview:
Creshendo is seeking a motivated Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our storytelling initiative. This project aims to raise global awareness about the challenges faced by migrants and refugees, fostering empathy and support through multimedia storytelling. You will collaborate with our graphic designer, social media strategist, and other team members to create impactful campaigns and assist in public relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Work with our social media team to create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and our website.
- Manage and implement the social media strategy, schedule posts, and respond to comments.
- Assist with public relations efforts, including writing press releases and media outreach.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for Creshendo’s mission.
- Commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
