Customer Journey Specialist

This is an UNPAID and completely voluntary position. Be advised, that there is no monetary reward for any of the services you will provide to Guiding the Wise. In case you lack experience, or education, but feel that you could contribute, and learn on the way- then apply anyway. Motivation is highly regarded in our NGO.

The only requirement is that you are available and contributing daily to the project, between 1 PM and 4 PM EST, during the week. During these hours, we will have team meetings, collaboration sessions, workshops, brainstorming activities etc. You will need to have access to a computer during that time, with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection, and be prepared to collaborate.

· Designing and executing data collection

· Analysing and interpreting the extracted data

· Designing and testing the customer / user journey

Qualifications

· Experience with qualitative interviews

· Experience with data analysis

· The ability to work in a team, but also individuall

Our wellness program promotes healthy behaviors by using upbeat, fun, interactive and integrative approaches. This medical and healthcare professional led program, was designed to provide services that can contribute to the reduction of obesity, nutrition-based diseases, high blood pressure and cardiac issues while also focusing on building self-esteem and other wellness areas that the client would like to focus on.
