Why we need your help?

We need you Chair a working of volunteer members that can help us develop and acquire the educational tools that allows members to apply social innovation methods and techniques to solve complex problems. As you know, there are growing disparities among the American population segments that result from a lack of resources, neglect, unfairness, and unjust treatment. Despite many nonprofits' heroic efforts to address peoples' immediate needs, their good works go on for generations without getting at the root of the problems. As a result, there is a gap between charities at the tactical level and great scholars at the theoretical level. The SIAA must develop a trained group of community-based leaders to implement aspects of social innovation methods and techniques to help their communities..

How you can help?

Volunteers on the Professional Development Working Group (PDWG) will help us achieve the following:

• Define the curriculums, training offerings and solicits the volunteers or outsource the
• instructional design,
• multimedia training environment,
• and learning management systems support.
• Manage, register, and schedule the students for the courses.
• Work with the Events Working Group to coordinate logistics for live, in-person training.
