ICPIS (International Community Philanthropy Industry Specialist)

ICCPRA (International Community CPR Alliance) is an international organization specializing in community philanthropy assistance. It provides the community activity services platform for individuals who have obtained CPR/ICPIS/ICPIM/ICPIE certificate-related qualifications and provides the new first-aid certification training courses. ICCPRA will help the members to open the interactive and reciprocal activities between members and the community, adhere to the service tenet of “The man of perfect virtue, wishing to be enlarged himself, seeks also to enlarge others”, integrate social resources, and contribute to the peaceful and healthy development of human society.

Job Content

a. Establish community first aid philanthropy teams;

b. Promote the newest CPR first aid knowledge;

c. Manage CPR recruitment training.

Evaluation Standard

a. Complete Workload & Performance Requirement (20%)

b. Content Production Assessment (20%)

c. Events Results Assessment (20%)

d. Both Direct & Indirect Marketing Income Evaluation (40%)

A score of 75% or above is considered a pass.

Requirements

a. Hold an American Red Cross CPR certificate

b. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

d. Familiar with content marketing skills.
