Serve Donors Snacks and Drinks at Mobile Blood Drives in Kent Co. DE.

As a canteen volunteer at our mobile blood drives, you welcome, greet, and thank the donors and make sure that they are looking well and not having an adverse reaction to their donation (fainting or other) and to call for help if something does happen. You help donors feel comfortable, cared for, and eager to return again. You serve donors prepackaged cookies and snack options along with cold, assorted drinks from the cooler. Donors need to have liquid and food intake after donation to stay well and healthy. They should remain in the area at least 15 minutes for health and safety reasons. Your job is to ensure this happens. These blood drives can be held in the areas of Dover or Middletown.

Qualifications: Positive attitude, compassion, interest in maintaining the health of others, customer service skills. Time Commitment: Shifts are available 7 days a week, with varying shift times and locations.
