Revenue Generation Specialist

Location: 100% Fully Remote, work from home (Anywhere worldwide)

Working hours: Minimum of 5hrs/week

Role:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Volunteer Revenue Generation Specialist to join our core team. This is a unique, high-impact role where you will be the architect and executor of our initial revenue streams. You will have the autonomy to shape our outreach strategy and directly contribute to making FIND a sustainable and successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage revenue generation strategies to monetize our existing services.
• Proactively identify and conduct outreach to potential partner companies as a recruitment agency (for recruitment partnership) and universities/high schools (for career and student services).
• Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to different partner segments.
• Manage and respond to emails using the company's email address, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Work closely with the founders to understand our services deeply and translate them into value propositions for partners.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related revenue-generating role.
• You are someone who works without supervision. We trust you to manage your time and tasks effectively to deliver tangible results.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• You understand the startup environment and are motivated by the chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.
• Maintain clear communication via Google Chat, responding to messages within a 24-hour timeframe.
