Short-term Residential Volunteer (2-3 months)

Mount Madonna Center is now looking for a few resident volunteers in a variety of areas. We have openings in a variety of areas like the kitchen, land stewardship, dish room, landscaping, gate, garden, maintenance, etc. (especially plumbers and general contractors). Most volunteer positions are 2-3 months long. There is potential to transition to becoming a paid employee depending on skillset and available positions or extending one's time as volunteer.

Volunteers generally volunteer 27 hours per week. Meals and accommodations are included.e

Currently, Mount Madonna Center requires all volunteers and employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
