LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential)

Linking Employment, Abilities & Potential (LEAP) is an agent of positive change, working to advance participation and equality in society for people with disabilities in Northeast Ohio.

VISTA Activity

The VISTA will help build the capacity of LEAP through program evaluation, instructor training and new program development. Specifically assisting with focus groups, research, and developing curriculum.

Bi-Weekly Living Allowance: $579 every two weeks.

End of Service Rewards : Education Reward: $6,895 or End of Year Cash Stipend for $1,800

Housing Stipend: $200 to go to a bill of VISTAs choice. It cannot be cash paid directly to the VISTA. This is to be paid from the subsite to the bill the VISTA choses.
