RBTF NGO of Enviromental Protection - Medical rescue and Gloabl Defence MTÜ needs you as an HR specialist. We want to expand our community, and we need you for this:
These are your tasks:
- You grow the community by looking for new volunteers, advertise positions and conduct interviews
- You draw up contracts with volunteers and do the induction with them
- You design training courses in our Moodle LMS on the topic of HR
- You actively shape the HR area and continuously improve it
