Join the VISTA cohort at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as the Client Voice & Feedback Integration VISTA! Based out of beautiful Salt Lake City, UT, this position will support the IRC office in Salt Lake City to establish a sustainable Client Voice & Feedback Integration program within the Data & Evaluation department. The mission of the Client Voice & Feedback Integration program is to maximize IRC SLC programs’ effectiveness at alleviating poverty by ensuring programs are targeted to address clients’ real needs and measuring their poverty-alleviating impact. By amplifying client voices and feedback, this position will help design programs that better respond to client communities’ felt needs and goals, especially around economic well-being and social determinants of health, which directly impact households’ ability to climb – and stay – out of poverty. The VISTA member will establish a Client Voice & Feedback Integration strategy and build tools, policies, procedures, and funding to implement these products.
NOTE: This position is based out of the International Rescue Committee's (IRC) office in Salt Lake City, UT and will mainly continue to operate as a remote teleservice position for the foreseeable future.
