Volunteer Coordinator

At Proyecto Florecer our volunteers are the the heart of what we do and help the organization run smoothly. Volunteer Coordinator will help us to manage and run our volunteer program. The Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, managing and training volunteers for leading workshops and working in the community kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make new friends in the community and make a big impact in Medellin! There is also room to grow professionally and personally in leadership, curriculum development, recruitment and more. A commitment to development work, experience leading groups, and the flexibility to work in a non-profit is essential.
