Volunteer for K-8 After School Program

Volunteers at Our Hope play a crucial role in uplifting youth through our H.E.L.L.O program. By engaging in academic support, outdoor activities, and artistic expression, you help create a dynamic and supportive afterschool environment.

We are especially seeking volunteers who can bring enrichment in areas such as art, STEM, and general youth development, helping students expand their creativity, problem-solving skills, and curiosity. Your active involvement also supports digital literacy, health and wellness, and overall growth for participants in our community-based program.

Consistency with schedules and clear communication about any changes or challenges are essential.

Qualifications include a passion for working with youth, strong communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to program needs. As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in community engagement, contribute to building an inclusive learning space, and, if a high school student, may earn Service Learning credits.
