Disaster Recovery Team Member

After a disaster our volunteers follow up with families/individuals to make sure they have the support and referrals necessary. Join our team as a Disaster Recovery Team Member. This role can be done remotely. Responsibilities include:

Conduct follow-up for clients within 72 hours of case being opened by

Disaster Action Team or Caseworker.

Conduct Follow-up and Recovery Planning Service       

Provide Internal Referrals and External Referrals.    

Assist with problem-solving and advocacy upon request

Work with community recovery partners to plan for

community recovery needs and long-term recovery activities
