Job Summary:
Wings Ministries is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the organization, manage administrative volunteers, and ensure the smooth running of office facilities and program materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Meetings:
Participate in weekly leadership meetings in person or via teleconference, providing updates and insights on operational matters.
Volunteer Oversight:
Oversees Administrative Volunteers, including the Prayer Coordinator, Resume Writers, and other roles, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to fulfill their responsibilities.
Office Supplies and Facilities:
Maintains and purchases office supplies as needed to ensure a well-equipped and efficient work environment.
Assists with office facilities management, coordinating with the CEO, COO, and Leadership Team.
Program Material and File Maintenance:
Assists in maintaining program materials and organizational files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or operations coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with office software and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
