Summer Opportunity!..For College Students majoring in HR & Business or Early Career Graduate! (Part-Time/Remote)

We want you to join us in bridging the gap in cleft care on an international scale!! We are a new nonprofit with a big mission and vision.

About Us: The Faisal Foundation is a growing humanitarian and healthcare-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing medical equality, cleft-craniofacial healthcare access, and family support initiatives for underserved communities around the world. We are seeking organized, motivated, and mission-driven Volunteer Office Assistants to support our expanding administrative operations remotely.

Our Mission & Vision: The Faisal Foundation is a global nonprofit dedicated to improving access to life-saving medical care for infants born with cleft and craniofacial conditions. In alignment with its child-centered mission, the Foundation also partners with trusted organizations delivering child development and enrichment programs, providing strategic funding to support holistic outcomes for children and families in underserved communities.

What makes us different?: What distinguishes The Faisal Foundation within the cleft and pediatric health space is its sustainability-driven model and open-collaboration framework. Beyond direct support for infants with cleft conditions, the Foundation intentionally partners with and funds smaller, often overlooked charities that serve orphans and children with disabilities who require additional medical, developmental, and social support.

Our WHO Objectives: Our programmatic framework is aligned with the World Health Organization–supported Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) specifically:

    SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being

    SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities

SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals

    SDG 1 – No Poverty S

    SDG 5 – Gender Equality

    SDG 4 – Quality Education

This alignment ensures that The Faisal Foundation's work delivers measurable health outcomes while advancing equity, collaboration, and long-term community resilience.

What is the exciting things happening at TFF? As of May 2026, We are proud to be recognized as a 5 star nonprofit by Taproot! Since being a newer organization established in 2024, our Founder and Board of Trustees have worked relentlessly to lay the foundations of greatness toward the cleft-craniofacial cause, this recognition has allowed us to gain the expertise we need to continue to scale and make a global impact from vision to reality.

What is the long-term vision for the organization?

Our long-term vision is to become one of the world's leading philanthropic organizations dedicated to addressing the global health crisis surrounding cleft and craniofacial conditions. Through advocacy, innovation, strategic partnerships, and compassionate care initiatives, we aspire to create a lasting global impact for generations to come.

The question is... will you become part of this lasting legacy with us?

As a growing founder-led organization, we are seeking committed, collaborative, and mission-driven individuals who are eager to support the organization’s growth, sustainability, and long-term vision through active leadership and strategic engagement.
