Unique and Friendly Volunteers Needed to visit with older adults Near YOU

Do people say you make friends everywhere? Are you outgoing, talkative, and love to meet people? Are you curious about other people's perspectives? Are you a stellar volunteer who goes above and beyond to help others?

How it works: our expert matchmaker (program coordinator) will take your unique personality and skills into consideration and match you with an older adult and you will develop a friendship with this person

I know, I know this is EXACTLY what you've been looking for. But before you sign up, please read our program requirements below.

·        All volunteers must:

• Provide proof of vaccination status.
• Live in the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut) and be at least 18 years old.
• Commit at least six months to participating in our program to build a meaningful relationship with their matched older adult.
• Provide two references and consent to a background check (more information in the application).
