Senior Center Dining Room Volunteer Server
Our role is to create a welcoming environment for older folk who may not have the means to purchase food for their home, or eat elsewhere. The tasks of the dining room volunteer are to set up the dining room for lunch, serve older adults meals, and clean up after the older adults.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to move, while carrying plates of food including hot soup
- Must be able to to take directions from the kitchen & AOC staff
- Must exhibit patience and kindness
Commitment: Our shifts are from 11:00 am to to 1:00 pm. We need help on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
