Volunteer position. Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum 2-years of college. Partial list of responsibilities:
- Maintain Board records and ensure effective management of our organization’s records
- Manage Board meeting minutes, take minutes, send draft to the Chair for approval, then to the rest of the board
- Take minutes objectively and include the following information: who is present and absent, agenda items discussed, other issues raised, votes and action items, other relevant information
- Maintain familiarity with canDID Expressions’ legal documents to reference when necessary
- Maintain and chart starting and ending dates for each Board member
- Work with the Chair to ensure decisions and documents are consolidated in a designated area
