Looking for a flexible opportunity working with youth?

Operation Jump Start's mission is to help low-income, first-generation college students get in, stay in, and graduate from a four-year college. We do this by providing academic support, mentoring, and exposure to a broader world.

The mentor serves as a role model and friend to support students in reaching their full potential. This includes one-on-one time getting to know and building trust with your mentee; planning and attending enriching outings to enjoy together; and offering support as the student navigates their college planning. Many of our mentor/mentees; forge truly meaningful bonds, maintaining their relationship long after the formal mentorship program ends!
