Descrição
Children's Helpers surround and support the children of single mothers in a loving, safe environment while assisting with activities, crafts, sharing stories, and engaging in play. All supplies and plans are provided.
The Single Mom KC's monthly Pursuit program offers single moms an opportunity to connect and learn while children are having fun in the Children's program.
Volunteers are needed in each class; Infant-3 years, Preschool/Kindergarten, 1st-5th grade, & 6th-8th grade.
Experienced Volunteers and staff will be there to lead and answer questions.
Dinner will be provided.
Background checks will be conducted on all Children's volunteers age 18 and over.
