Mentorship Program Strategist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer):

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other Program Strategists to develop, implement, and evaluate the processes, procedures and policies of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program.
• Establish onboarding content and training for incoming mentors and mentees
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to monitor the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum
• Optimize the digital mentorship platform through feedback and testing

Qualifications:

• You are passionate about mentorship and want to inspire hope for the future generation of emerging adults
• Previous experience in mentoring
• Previous experience in Program Strategy or other related fields is an asset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.
• Able to attend bi-weekly meetings on Fridays at 9:30 am MDT
