Fundraising Specialist

Dads MOVE, a growing nonprofit Father and Family peer supprt agency is seeking a passionate and experienced Volunteer Fundraising Specialist to join our team!

We empower Fathers and their families to advocate for their needs and support them through life struggles.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert fundraising consulting to our team.
• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies such as an annual gala and silent auction.
• Conduct fundraising meeting for staff and the Board.
• Analyze fundraising data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with crowdfunded platforms is a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
